ColorLogic Earns Idealliance G7 System Certification on ColorAnt and CoPrA

ColorLogic GmbH

21 September 2023

RHEINE, GERMANY — ColorLogic GmbH, part of Hybrid Software Group, proudly announces that ColorAnt 9 and CoPrA 9 have achieved Idealliance’s G7 System Certificate. This prestigious certification program evaluates the ability of a software system to calibrate a printing device to meet the G7 grayscale definition using four 1-D Curves.

Highlighting ColorLogic’s longstanding tradition of meeting industry standards, this highly sought after certification ensures the printing companies are getting a proven solution. G7 is an internationally recognized methodology for calibrating printing presses and proofing systems. It raises the bar on color matching performance and guarantees that you are working with only the best products in the printing industry. G7 system certification offers a comprehensive approach to achieving accurate and consistent color reproduction in the printing industry, leading to improved quality, cost savings, and faster production times.

“This achievement underscores the exceptional expertise and unwavering commitment of our development team to industry standards, making it easier for our products to seamlessly integrate into existing print production workflows,” says Barbara Braun-Metz, Managing Director of ColorLogic GmbH.

ColorAnt is a user-friendly tool that corrects and optimizes measurement data prior to profiling, while CoPrA creates high-quality printer, DeviceLink and SaveInk profiles with a user-friendly interface for any color space and printing process, particularly extended gamut printing. Both applications produce immediate results working standalone, integrated into an existing workflow, or as part of the powerful ColorLogic Suite for a complete color management solution.
